Frog Release

One of our DuckTail kids found a tree frog in his yard, and named him “Grass” (because he was green like grass :-). 

He brought the frog in to show his classmates.  After observing the tree frog for the morning, we talked about how wildlife is happier out of jars and in their natural habitat. We took a walk as  a class to a nearby pond.  We found a nice area to release the frog so he would be able to find lots to eat and water for a swim.  Happy Trails to our frog friend Grass!
