We played some great family games at the Neighborhood Night Out on Wednesday, August 17th. Besides hop scotch, a fun hula-hoop game and face & arm painting we had a terrific game of water volleyball. In case you don’t know, water volleyball consists of small water balloons being tossed between 2 teams who use a sheet to attempt to catch them and toss them back. Needless to say – team work is very important. It must be remembered – the possibility of being hit by the flying balloons is not limited to those who are participating. Those who are watching are equal targets in this fun filled game that was enjoyed by all.
