How it works: Go to any Target store and sign up for a Target REDcard (Target Visa or Target credit card) and list TLC Early Learning Center as your school of choice. Target will donate 1% of all purchases made with your Target REDcard back to TLC ELC. You can also apply for a Target REDcard online at www.Target.com/apply
