How it works: TLC Early Learning Center sells gift cards for dozens of local and national retailers. In return, these retailers have agreed to pay TLC ELC a percentage of each sale! But, it gets better, TLC ELC will split the profit with you. You can use the money you earn through your SCRIP orders to help pay for your child’s tuition or field trip costs.
